Mr. Kinney was passionate about those he represented. I maybe the only mother who can say Ernie represented both my sons for two seperate cases within one year apart. They both were unlawfully facing felonies and Mr. Kinney embraced their cases and my peace of mind with a misdemeanor outcome!

My sons were and are greatful to this day. They as a result have become productive members of the Fresno Community. Mr. Kinney's strong yet compasionate spirit lives on in those he influenced.

Paul my oldest son is entering Law Enforcement and Sean my youngest is one year away from graduating from Fresno State with a degree in child Psychology. God Bless you Mr. Kinney and our thoughts and prayer are with the Family. Shelly Shamshoian

Farewell Ernie:
May the prince of peace welcome you into his kingdom, and say unto you...well done, My Son.
I feel privileged to have known you and proud to have you call me a friend. Over the 10 yr.period our paths crossed in and around the Courthouse you were never too busy to acknowledge my presence and tender your best wishes to my family and I. You were a giant in and out of the Courtroom and you leave a legacy of accomplishment and your mark of excellence on a
world that happens to be a little bit better having had you in it.
My family and I join in celebrating your life and send our heartfelt condolences to your Wife,
Family, and multitude of friends
all of whom mourn your loss.
Sincerely,
Earl(The Valet)McIntyre&Family

My sincere condolences to the Kinney Family in this most difficult of times. Mr Kinney always had a hand shake for me when ever I seen him at the Court House. He was a True American thru and thru and I will miss him.

Please accept our condolences for your loss of Mr. Kinney. My own father lost his fight with Leukemia better than 30 years ago at the young age of forty. I had hoped we would have made more progress in eradicating this terrible disease in all this time.
I know it's what everyone says, but time truly does heal. May God bless your family at this sorrowful time.
