River Park Curfew

On Thursday River Park management announced that their new 6/18 curfew, set to take effect on August 3, would be postponed for 30 days to allow for more public input.
The curfew states that no one under the age of 18 can be at the shopping center on Friday and Saturday nights, unless they're accompanied by an adult.
The new regulation is bringing up all sorts of legal questions and some attorneys say the rule doesn't have a legal leg to stand on.
