Controversial jail cd
We're learning more about the cd released by a Fresno county jail inmate while behind bars.
The Fresno county sheriff's department now says pictures on the album's cover were taken inside the jail between late May and mid June.
Deputies think a friend or family member of aspiring rapper and inmate Rosendo "chenz" Lopez took the pictures during visiting hours.
On his rap album, Rosendo Lopez openly brags about recording his tracks from behind bars by using a telephone.
That claim is still under investigation, but the pictures clearly depict the inside of the Fresno county jail.

I followed this story the last two nights. What a non news story. This guy is a looser gang member that media is now drawing attention too. He needs to go to prison where he belongs. I heard the garbage he tries to rap about on his My Space website what a joke it is not really rap. The judge should ban whom ever took these photos and recorded this (Rap)? from future visits in the Jail. Is this his third strike case? I hope it is. I do not want people like him living in my area around my kids. What a poster boy for three strikes!
