Title IX Hearing

On Tuesday a California state senate committee will begin an investigation into Title IX with a hearing in Sacramento.
The hearing comes after former head volleyball coach Lindy Vivas was awarded close to $6 million in a gender discrimination lawsuit against the school, prompting Senator Dean Florez to call for a Title IX investigation.
