Propositions 1-B and 1-C

Propositions 1-B and 1-C deal with public safety in our roads and water.

If passed, 1-B is aimed at repairs to highways and bridges, along with improving security at shipping ports.

1-C would make funds available for flood control and drinking water protection with repairs to levees and deltas.
